Coach Dee is a distinguished former federal executive, International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, leadership strategist, speaker, and founder of The Coach Dee—a boutique coaching practice dedicated to empowering professional women of color over 40 to assume executive and leadership roles, elevate their visibility, and command the compensation and respect they deserve.  

With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive Service (SES) member and Counsel to a presidentially appointed, Senate-confirmed Inspector General, Coach Dee brings uncommon expertise in leadership, negotiation, and high-stakes advisory work. She has provided counsel to senior federal executives and national decision-makers and now leverages that experience to guide her clients in building powerful, resilient, and influential careers.   Her mission is to help women of color turn their strengths into strategic power, break through systemic barriers, and lead with confidence, authenticity, and presence.  

Coach Dee holds an LL.M. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University, a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase Law School, and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Senior Executive Fellows Program. She has also completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation (Dealing with Difficult People), Gallup’s Global Strengths Coach Training, and the Co-Active Professional Coach and Leadership Training programs.
